Community is important to us and we’ve even been recognised by the NZ Aged Care Association for how we keep our residents connected to local networks and groups. All Care Suites have a heat pump and full en-suite, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle – perfect for making a cuppa when friends and family come to visit. We have regular visits from a chaplain and services are often held on site.

I am very proud of the journey I have been on to get to where I am currently in my career. My role varies day to day, and a lot of what I do involves supporting my team of carers and my clients with whatever the day brings.

Residents can find a quiet spot to enjoy reading or a chat with friends, or if they are feeling sociable, they can join in with group activities and entertainment.
